Valentine's Day

Let me start off by saying that while I am usually against disposable items, Clorox Wipes are my new best friend. The keyboard, desk, laundry room, and kitchen have never been so spotless.

In other news, it is Valentine�s Day. Not any sort of Single�s Awareness day. Not filled with random buddy-buddy crap with a male friend. But a proper Valentine�s Day. One with Chinese take-out, wine, and some quality time with the PS2, just the two of us. It�s crazy how nice and comfortable this is.
The apartment is clean with scents of vanilla and black cherry floating through the air. Outside it�s lightly snowing and fairly chilly. Inside, though, it�s warm and full of laughter as we beat on each other�s car in Smugglers� Run 2. My belly is full of rice and chicken. I�m perfectly content sitting on the floor elbowing him so he won�t beat me again.
I�m sitting here at the computer putting together some Rage Against the Machine music for our listening pleasure. The music seems to fit the mood for the evening � playful, rageful, and just nice.
